Light-medium malt character with a heavy dose of over-the-top hops! Two full weeks of "dry hopping" give this beer its abundant hop aroma and crisp hop flavor. 100% Natural, Only Barley, Hops, Water & Yeast are used. No Additives or Chemical Preservatives.
Pale amber color. Dried fruit and piney, slightly rubbery, hop aromas. A round entry leads to a vibrant, dryish medium-full body of caramelized nuts and grains, candied lemon peels, and fiddle head fern flavors. Finishes with a tangy citrus marmalade, dry caramel, and slightly smoky hop fade. - BTI
Pairs well with spicy foods such as Curried, Thai, and Latin American cuisine.
