Last night we kicked off our first "Perfect Pairings" class series, and I couldn't be more pleased. Chef Nathaniel Malone and myself had an absolute blast coming up with the pairings for the first class. It was great to see those lights go on when people could taste the how a wine changes with different foods. It's easy to underestimate how intricately the two (wine & food) are intertwined. For those of you who came out, you wont believe what we have in store for you in the next few classes.
