For those of you living in a cave, this Thursday is our "Wines 101" class at the Eiteljorg musem. We will be discussing the different varietals grown primarily in the U.S. It's going to be a great way for the novices among you (and maybe even some experts) to learn a thing or twelve about not just the wines themselves, but how to actually evaluate a wine properly. All the fun geeky stuff I get to do everyday!
