It doesn’t get any easier or more flavorful than this. Use our new
Vine & Table brand Oriental Ginger Salad dressing and PRESTO - a
gourmet dinner in a snap! For variety you can substitute chicken
for the shrimp. Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 scallions, sliced
1 red pepper, cut into 8 pieces for skewers
1 yellow pepper, cut into 8 pieces for skewers
½ cup Vine & Table Oriental Ginger Dressing
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
½ cup Cilantro, chopped

Directions:
1. Put peeled and deveined shrimp into a large bowl with sliced scallions and pepper pieces.
2. Toss with salad dressing and marinate for at least 20 minutes, but no more than 2 hours.
3. Preheat grill for medium heat. Tread the peppers onto 2 skewers and then thread the marinated
shrimp onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head.
4. Lightly oil grill grate. Add peppers to grill first as they will take longer to cook and soften about 3 to 8
minutes. Cook shrimp on preheated grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until opaque.
5. Remove cooked peppers and shrimp from skewers and toss together with toasted sesame seeds and
chopped cilantro.
Tip: Serve shrimp and peppers as is in a bowl or with a spinach salad dressed with more Vine & Table
