May is the time of the year for graduation parties, open houses, family reunions, racing parties, and backyard barbecues! Needless to say, there’s going to be a lot time spent with a lot of friends and family. This month, Vine & Table is celebrating having fun with friends and family. So, we thought it would be appropriate to ask our own Vine & Table “family” what beers they like and would like to see on sale! Here are some of our “family’s” favorites for to you share with your family:
Left Hand Milk Stout 6NR
“A lovely, slightly sweet stout. It takes me back to the days when I was a young fella, thin as a rake. My parents used to feed me a concoction of Guinness and milk and look where I am today!” - Denis, Spirits Buyer
Red Stripe Lager 6NR
“Red Stripe is a great, fun beer to kick-off the outdoor, summer fun. It’s light, crisp, and clean.” – Jeff, Wine Director
Goose Island 312 Urban Wheat 6 NR
“If I’m at the bar with the ‘under 30’ crowd watching a game, 312 is my choice. It’s a crowd-pleaser.” – Vicki, Accounting
Stella Artois 6NR
“I like Stella…’Stella. Hey, Stella,” as said by Marlon Brando in A Streetcar Named Desire. Young Marlon, what a hunk! A little older Marlon as the Godfather. What an actor!” – Lori, Controller
Schneider Weisse 17oz
“I love this beer for Sunday afternoons with a cigar, but only the 17 oz. sized bottles!” – Rick, POS Manager
Tucher Hefeweizen 17 oz
“Tucher, in Germany, is a bit like Michelob is here, omnipresent, affordable and a safe bet. Wheat beer is my favorite - and the thicker the better!” – Jayne, Web Manager
North Coast Red Seal Ale 6NR
“I don’t like weak beers, even during the summer. Red Seal is the perfect balance of refreshing and substance! Definitely a beer for craft beer lovers!” – Matt, Beer Guy
