There simply is nothing better than our New line of Vine & Table gourmet products. They are some of the tastiest products that we have found yet. Every time we open a new product to sample we are simply amazed that they have nailed it 100% again. These products are made with superior products from the farms at Gourmet Gardens in Texas. Twenty years ago, Barbara Bradshaw combined her two passions “ Farming & Cooking” and there began the beginning of the nationally recognized Gourmet Gardens. Mrs. Bradshaw capture the essence of home-style and healthful products, all in an attractive package and ready to eat. She believes strongly in "grandma's favorites," products that in today's hectic lifestyle were becoming a thing of the past. All you have to do is open and enjoy the product.
It was very obvious to us that these superior products needed to be on our shelves for all of customers to enjoy. And we are very honored to lend our name to the label. From jams to pasta sauce, BBQ marinades, salad dressings, salsas, pickled vegetables and olive. Perfect for that summer picnic. Stop in and pick up a few. I can’t wait to hear what your favorites will be.
This recipe uses our Vine & Table Kalamata Greek Salad Dressing – a blend of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon, Kalamata Olives, basil and red pepper. Add extra zest to this recipe with a sprinkling of feta cheese. Serves 8-10
Ingredients:
1 pound farfalle pasta, cooked according to directions
1 cup Vine & Table Marinated Artichoke Hearts, chopped
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium cucumber, sliced then cut into quarters
½ cup red onion, diced
¼ cup chopped parsley
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
Vine & Table Greek Salad Dressing
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain. Pour into large bowl.
2. Add vegetables, spices and olives to the pasta.
3. Toss in salad dressing to taste.
4. Chill until ready to serve.
Tip: Choose a refreshing Pinot Grigio or Italian Pinot Gri with this tangy salad; or as an alternative, a
soft and fruity red such as an Italian Dolcetto will transport you to the Greek Isles, if only for a moment.
