Get out, have a beer, and support your local brewery!
Many local, Indiana craft-beer lovers have spent some time at the Sun King Brewery either enjoying one of their many delicious brews in the tasting room or filling up their growlers for the week. Until recently, this was the only way to get your fix of Sun King, but not anymore! Thanks to the overwhelming following of their beers, Sun King has graciously acquired a new canning machine that will make it possible for you to pick up their brews at your local liquor store and favorite restaurants!
Why would a craft brewery decide with to market their beers in cans, you may ask. Well:
“Cans protect beer from its two greatest enemies, Sunlight & Oxygen, in a way that no bottle can! Think of cans as a tiny keg that delivers fresh, draft quality beer to you in a convenient little package. All cans are lined with a food grade liner that keeps the beer from having any contact with aluminum. Cans are lighter, so it takes less fuel/energy to ship them, both to and from our facility.
