Sour Cream Apple Pecan Cake

Easy and delicious, this cake has all the flavors of Fall and none of the work! Simply chop, mix and bake for a lusciously moist apple cake with just the right amount of natural crunch to satisfy every sweet-tooth in the house. Serves 9

Ingredients:
1 Package Canterbury Naturals Apple Cake Mix
2 Eggs (unbeaten)
2 Cups sliced apples (peeled or unpeeled)
1/2 Cup granola
1/2 Cup chopped pecans
2 Tablespoons sour cream



Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir just until blended. Spoon into an ungreased
8x8 inch pan or 10 inch pie pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Makes 9 2 -1/2 inch servings.
