Just in time for Valentine’s Day!
We are always on the lookout for new, unique, interesting products to put on our shelves and lo and behold what caught my eye the other day? An Italian chocolate cream liqueur. In fact it caught everybody's eye here at the store. I had to replenish stocks as the staff bought the first case!
But back to the liqueur, Meletti Cioccolato stands alone. This is the best chocolate cream I have tasted, period. The taste is rich, creamy, and sumptuous. The quality of the chocolate is the key here. Well, we drank it and then put it to the “mix” test. While it is absolutely delicious on its own, Meletti Cioccolato really came into its own when mixed.
This is what we made, and we’re calling it...
Love at First Sight
Fill a shaker with ice, add, 1 part vodka, 1/2 part Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and 1 part Meletti Cioccolato.
Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass. Top with some chocolate shavings.
Enjoy! We did.
