Beverage Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
3+ years of retail/ restaurant Wine Experience
Proven track record of driving sales and service
Ability to meet or exceed all goals determined by Vine & Table
Ability to control Sales to Purchases in accordance with a weekly/monthly budget
Inventory management, including operating safe and organized sales floor and back rooms
Work hand in hand with the POS manager to ensure proper pricing and signing
Successfully hire, train, coach and developed others for internal promotion and discipline
Create weekly schedule and manage employees hours with payroll cost control
The ability to execute detailed operation processes
A passion for wine, spirits, beer, gourmet foods and the willingness to learn
Outstanding communication skills
Develop and maintain team atmosphere and partnerships
Superior customer service skills
A strong point of view that is utilized to move the business forward
The ability to quickly resolve problems
Implement the Vine & Table Merchandising Guidelines. Develop and maintain a creative store layout and product merchandising.
Strong Marketing background to ensure a successful weekly Fresh Press, Emails and create and implement a social media plan
Qualifications/ Education
Marketing Experience
Solid Understanding of Wine, Spirits and Beer
Management Background
Retail/ Sales History 3+ Years
Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Twitter, Facebook, Graphics)
Must be able to lift 40 lbs
Must be 21 years of age or older
Liquor Permit required
Preferred Skills
