Not responsible for incorrect address information, if recipient is not home to sign for package or system shutdowns by shipping provider. Unfortunately, we reserve the right to refuse to offer an exchange, replacement of refund if a package may have been subjected to seasonal temperature extremes during transit when you have declined to use our recommended shipping method or when product is left in extreme conditions or was not stored properly upon arrival. Must have receipt, online order confirmation or packing list to receive refund in original form of tender.
