It stems from an ancient tradition which enhances the natural aroma and fresh taste of lemons from southern Italy. The brilliant color and fragrant perfume of freshly picked lemons are the main features of Luxardo Limoncello which can be used to soak sponge cake bases in traditional cakes (Mimosa, Lemon Roulé, etc.), flavored creams and ganaches or even to soak modern limoncello flavored babà. It is also an amazing addition to lemon-based ice-cream.
