may be the name of this French spirit, but it is far from ordinary. In fact this is one of the best value absinthes to hit our shelves since absinthe was legalized in late 2007. Created by Dr Pierre Ordinaire in 1792 in rural France, some believe that this is the original absinthe. It is not overly complex but it does have all of the requirements that one looks for in a true absinthe. I would suggest making this your starting point as you journey into the world of the green fairy.
